What can we say about Phil Fitzpatrick?
He is an absolute legend in the Irish Centre. As soon as he walks through the door, he has a brilliant smile on his face and would happily greet you with a great big hug (before Coronavirus).
He has always been one of the great supporters of the Centre- he tries to come to every event from Friday night cards, supper ceilis, sing-songs, concerts, pantomimes and even ABBA nights. He has been on nights out with us (as you can see from the photos) and stayed out later than all of us!
Phil makes friends with everyone he meets and this video is just a small attempt to capture how brilliant Phil is.
Wishing you a very Happy 90th Birthday Phil and we hope you have an amazing day! Here's to many more birthdays when we can all celebrate together in the Centre. We’ll have a Guinness and a Jameson's waiting for you,
